SHAW Lab Group in North York, ON is looking for a full-time Data Entry Customer Service Representative who demonstrates professionalism, patience, and people-first attitude. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent written and verbal communication. Qualified applicants know how to demonstrate confidence, understanding and urgency.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Location: 105 Bentworth Ave, Unit 1

Workdays: Monday to Friday Shift

Hours: Business hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexibility required)

Shift Duration: 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

- Schedule dental cases (average of 25 per hour)
- Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data
- Ship/ receive dental cases
- Answer 40-60 calls per day
- Schedule courier pick ups
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and case status
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information
- Other administrative duties assigned by management
- Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task,



organize, and prioritize work
- Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset
- Attention to detail

Compensation: Based on experience. Medical and Dental benefits. 2 weeks of paid vacation
