Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be vital in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while assisting with food preparation. Your enthusiasm for food service and hospitality will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining a tidy work environment and organizing supplies.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all prep work.
- Help with dishwashing during peak hours to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Adhere to all sanitation,



safety, and hygiene policies to uphold our high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to handle food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in food handling, cooking, or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Basic understanding of food service operations and customer service principles.
