Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position offers an opportunity to provide meaningful client support while managing a variety of inquiries, applications, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and service-focused skilled who communicates clearly, manages high volumes of inquiries effectively, maintains accurate records, and guides clients through processes with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries from members, applicants, and external contacts.
Assess and resolve routine requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist clients with online applications, forms, and service processes.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
Maintain accurate client, membership, and service records in internal systems.
Prepare correspondence, service documents, and basic reports.
Monitor intake queues, track outstanding items, and flag urgent concerns.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications.
Support service improvements and participate in training and team discussions.

Customer service or call centre experience handling high-volume inquiries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess, resolve, and appropriately escalate requests.
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable assisting with forms,



online systems, and appointments.
