Duties

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using leading accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, verifying invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Perform regular account reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, or anomalies, providing insights for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations.




- Support budgeting and financial planning activities by preparing reports and analyzing variances.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and prepare necessary documentation to facilitate smooth review processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent platforms.
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices including payroll management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex financial data accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments and support audit activities.
