$68,000-$75,000 expected total compensation (a portion varies with restaurant sales)

The Room

Mother Tongue Blue is our Filipino and Asian concept at Blue Mountain Village - 135 seats inside, 104 on the patio, up to 400 guests on a peak day, and a reliable bar programme. It's one of the two largest rooms in our northern group. Turner Hospitality Group operates nine concepts across Georgian Bay and Toronto.

How the Job Actually Runs

You lead from the floor. At around forty covers you play host yourself rather than adding an overhead wage. On busy nights you move with the room - the door as reservations land, the pass as demand peaks, then table touches.

You are not the default closer. Closing and holding the room are carried by certified senior staff, and building that bench is part of the job, not an extra.

What You Own

- The front-of-house team: hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance
- Labour, beverage cost, waste and discounts against budget
- Our Manager on Duty certification programme — training, sign-off, and enough certified depth that every shift has qualified leadership in the building
- The Captain tier,



including individual sales expectations on wine and cocktails

What You Bring:

Five or more years managing high-volume, full-service restaurants, with direct responsibility for people, labour and numbers. This is not a first management job.
