We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a Material Handling role in Salmon Arm, BC.

Your job will be entirely at our headquarters in Salmon Arm, BC. We start you at $22.00 per hour on a full-time basis.

You get two weeks of vacation each year and can be taken on an earned basis. Any vacation requests must first be approved by the Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager.

If you do successfully complete the 90-day probation period, we welcome you to participate in the Extended Health Benefit Plan. This plan is 100% funded by Dinoflex so there is no cost to you.

You are entitled to five paid sick days per calendar year as per provincial regulations.

As a Material Handler, your mission is to ensure the right materials are available in the right place at the right time to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Through effective inventory management, warehouse organization, and material movement, you will play a key role in supporting production teams and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply raw materials, components, and packaging to manufacturing workstations.
- Monitor production requirements and replenish materials to support uninterrupted operations.




- Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and yard storage areas in a safe and efficient manner in line with 5S principles.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safe work practices.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and material shortages.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and follow all company safety procedures.
- Working with other shifts to ensure organizational duties are communicated and completed amongst all shifts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other warehouse and material handling duties as required.
