Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Marketing Intern who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the lead generation process from start to finish.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports to the Marketing Manager Managing social media components of Impact Condo Investments and facilitate the following platforms including but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, and YouTube
- Assist the Marketing Manager & Associate in putting together Marketing Presentations, that are consistent with company guidelines and operating plans
- Printing out packages for all projects and filling in the corresponding folder




- Assist the Marketing Manager with implementing Marketing Initiatives.
- Basic knowledge for website development and social media development strategies Assist in extracting Marketing Materials from broker portals and inputting in Google Drive
- Be competent with Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Zoom, and Canva.
- Take part in team meetings and appointments when invited
- Understand company goals and upcoming projects.
- Assist in monitoring current ongoing campaigns across all platforms.
- Ongoing knowledge development of new marketing platforms, social media features and online tools
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to manager and contribute to sales growth Assist in other ad-hoc projects, as necessary

REQUIRED:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or diploma program in the field of either marketing, design or business

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
