Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. This position requires a solid understanding of quality management systems, as well as the ability to effectively utilize various inspection tools and techniques. Must be able to work a rotating 3 shift cycle.
Responsibilities
- MIL STD inspection of tubing
- OD Visual inspection – must pass eye examination requirements.
- Inspection activities as detailed per applicable documents which involve precision inspection equipment.
- Detailed accurate and legible records of all inspection activities.
- Initiating and completing DA activities as noted per the approved dispositions.
- Position may require heavy lifting at times.
- There may be a need to be qualified at other inspection processes to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have Grade 12
- As a condition of employment all successful candidates must take and pass a substance test which includes checking for Marijuana as this is considered a Safety-Sensitive Site
- Previous quality inspection experience would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to follow all health and safety standards
- Proficiency in using tools such as calipers for precise measurements
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating robust communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Pay: $26.48-$31.67 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
