Job Description

To be eligible for Pomerleau’s internship program, you must meet the following criteria:

- Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

Join Pomerleau as an AI & Procurement Intern and help improve the procurement digital tools.
In this role, you will work with business users, IT partners and the Product Owner to understand needs, test improvements, document processes and support adoption. You will have room to take ownership of specific workstreams, while being supported along the way.

What you will do

- Help improve and deploy digital procurement tools and AI initiatives, with support from the Product Owner
- Work with users to understand, gather and document needs and feedback
- Support backlog follow-up, testing and validation of current features or improvements
- Create simple documentation, training material and onboarding content for users




- Help prepare clear updates and materials to support team discussions and decision-making

This role could be for you if you have

- Currently studying business, supply chain, procurement, information systems, data analytics, engineering, project management or a related field
- Interest in AI, digital tools (including UI/UX), procurement, construction
- Curious, organized and comfortable turning information into clear notes, requirements or action items
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools; Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI or Jira experience
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Bilingual in French and English
