THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Coffee Supervisor to join our Root Cellar team! As a Coffee Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Coffee Project, including monitoring product quality and availability, merchandising, loss, cash handling accuracy and customer service standards.

- Merchandise coffee products to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and complement overall store appearance.
- Consistently provide excellent service to all customers.
- Gain product and supplier knowledge to better serve customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Project, adhering to Food Safety regulations.
- Effectively monitor product quality to minimize product loss.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of beverages and bakery products.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- Previous supervisor and coffee service experience.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, work in a cool environment, and lift up to 50lbs.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- The ability to lead a team.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Be willing and available to work full time, 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, afternoons and weekends.
