About the Role

We are looking for reliable and skilled Plow Operators to join our winter maintenance team. This role is essential to ensuring safe and clear roadways, parking lots, and properties during the winter season.

Operators will be required to confidently handle a variety of equipment and perform tasks with safety and efficiency in mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate:
- Wheel loader with plow
- Skid steer with plow
- Pickup truck with plow & salter
- Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment before operation
- Fuel equipment at the end of each shift as needed
- Use company routing software to follow plow routes efficiently
- Accurately complete inspection forms and logs
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment in varying conditions
- Work collaboratively as part of a reliable and supportive team

Requirements

- Prior experience operating plowing equipment (wheel loader, skid steer, pickup with plow/salter)




- Ability to work safely and efficiently in winter conditions
- Reliability is a must – winter operations depend on teamwork
- Strong attention to detail with inspections and paperwork
- Willingness to work on short notice during snow events, including holidays
