Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive delicious, quality meals with excellent presentation and timely service.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety protocols
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is highly desirable
