- Provide calm, professional, and responsive technical support before, during, and after meetings.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron products, connectivity issues, and other audio-visual equipment.
- Support executive-level users and high-profile meetings where immediate assistance may be required.
- Track meeting room performance, user satisfaction, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve the overall service.
- Maintain meeting room equipment inventory, technical documentation, knowledge articles, how-to guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate user training and support the administration of audio-visual projects and technology improvements.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery across all supported locations.
- Stay current with Microsoft Teams features, meeting room hardware, and emerging collaboration technologies.
What You’ll Bring

- Five or more years of experience working in information technology, audio-visual services, meeting room support, or a related environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal.
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, displays, projectors, and smartboards.
- Experience with Crestron products and related troubleshooting.
- A basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and device connectivity.
