Position: Permanent, full-time, on-site
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Starting wage: $20–$22 per hour
Bonus potential: Up to $5,000 annually

More Than a Job

We are looking for a driven, highly organized person who wants their work to have purpose.

Our mission is:

“Saving lives by inspiring generations to build true health utilizing the 5 Essentials.”

Every member of our team contributes to this mission. In this role, you will help create an exceptional patient experience, keep a high-volume clinic operating efficiently, and inspire individuals and families to take meaningful action toward better health.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow, achieve measurable results, take ownership and make a genuine difference—not simply fill a position.

Compensation, Benefits and Growth

- Starting wage of $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
- Formal performance review after the first 90 days
- Wage increase to $22–$24 per hour when established 90-day performance objectives are achieved
- Performance-based bonus potential
- Complimentary chiropractic care
- Paid training
- Leadership and conference opportunities
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and professional growth

Required Schedule

This is a full time, on-site position of approximately 39.5 hours per week:

- Monday: 6:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00–6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 5:00–8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

The position includes early mornings, evenings and split shifts. Applicants must be consistently available for the complete schedule.

Occasional additional commitments include clinic workshops and community events, as well as weekend training and travel approximately one to two times per year.

As our organization continues to grow, this position may eventually transition to another Calgary clinic location. Additional information will be discussed during the interview process.

Who You Are

You are:

- Confident, decisive and comfortable taking initiative
- Highly organized, accurate and attentive to detail

- Energized by goals, measurable results and accountability
- Able to solve problems without requiring constant direction
- Calm, focused and professional in a high-volume environment
- Warm and personable while also being direct and efficient
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Open to coaching, feedback and continuous improvement
- Genuinely interested in health and helping people
- Willing to take responsibility for both your actions and your results

When you see something that needs to be done, you take ownership and move it forward.

Your Responsibilities

This is a dynamic position with multiple administrative, operational and patient-facing responsibilities, including:

- Creating a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
- Managing bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and patient flow
- Answering incoming calls confidently and professionally
- Following up with prospective patients and helping them take their next step
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records
- Monitoring schedules, missed visits and clinic performance measures
- Teaching patients their prescribed exercises and warm-up procedures
- Supporting doctors during busy patient-care shifts
- Handling patient questions and concerns professionally
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Completing administrative work accurately and on time
- Identifying inefficiencies and helping improve clinic systems
- Supporting patient retention, referrals, workshops and community events
- Participating actively in team meetings, training and role-play
- Supporting team accountability and clinic standards

For the right person, this role can grow to include greater responsibility for clinic operations, team leadership and performance management.

Our Working Environment

Generations Family Chiropractic is a high-volume, fast-paced and growth-focused clinic.

Our days move quickly, our standards are high, and every team member plays an important role.

We believe excellence is developed through consistent training, feedback, practice and personal responsibility. Our team continually works to improve its communication, systems, leadership and patient experience.

This position may be an excellent fit if you enjoy being challenged, measured and rewarded for producing results.

This Position May Not Be Right for You If:

- You prefer a slow or highly predictable environment
- You become easily overwhelmed by competing responsibilities
- You regularly need reminders to complete tasks
- You resist coaching, measurement or accountability
- You are uncomfortable working early mornings, evenings or split shifts
- You are unable to attend occasional workshops, community events or weekend training
- You prefer waiting for instructions instead of taking initiative
- You are looking for a temporary position or simply “just another job”

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, clinic administration, customer service, sales, hospitality, leadership or office management is an asset. Chiropractic experience is not required—we are willing to train an exceptional person who demonstrates the right character, capability and alignment with our mission.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence using computers, office technology and scheduling systems
- Experience handling payments, billing or administrative records
