Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees while providing ongoing development and coaching
- Implement effective scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours and special promotions
- Monitor sales performance using retail math principles; analyze reports to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain a clean,



organized store environment that adheres to safety standards and company policies

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and team supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants should have at least 2 years management experience, preferably in the food service industry.
