Daily Responsibilities
You will be a key part of our interior renovation projects, handling tasks including:

- Prep & Structure: Site prep, demolition, floor plan reading, framing, and minor concrete work.
- Envelope & Surface: Insulation, vapor barrier, and drywall installation.
- Interior Finishing:



Professional painting, door/trim installation, and all interior finishes.
- Specialty Installs: Flooring (LVP, Tile, Hardwood), cabinetry, and full bathroom assemblies.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Experience: Minimum 3 consecutive years of residential renovation experience.
- Versatility: Broad knowledge of interior trades (Minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge is essential).
- Reliability: Must have your own reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Character: A team player who is honest, professional, and shares our "Customer First" mindset.

Preferred Assets

- Proficiency in mudding and taping is a significant asset.
- Providing your own specialized tools (reflects in starting wage).
