At Alpine Animal Hospital we are a 4 – veterinarian privately owned practice.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Full time Veterinary office Assistant/Receptionist to start immediately. Saturdays are a must, weekdays will vary each week. Most shift will be 10:30am-7:30pm during the weekdays.
Duties include but are not limited to, greeting clients/patients, answer phone calls, booking appointments, filling, email, and texting correspondence as well as billing.
Experience using Cornerstone software, as well as completing the VOA program is an asset,
Starting wage is determined on experience and knowledge.
