We are currently seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our clients busy manufacturing facility in Innisfil. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring mixing tanks, spray dryers and other processing equipment while ensuring production, quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

- Set up processing equipment at the beginning of each shift according to production documentation
- Operate and monitor mixing tanks, spray dryers, and other manufacturing equipment
- Monitor equipment settings and make adjustments as required
- Ensure products are manufactured according to specified quality and production guidelines
- Make minor equipment adjustments to maintain consistency and viscosity
- Identify equipment issues and notify Maintenance, Mechanics or Electricians when repairs are required
- Assist maintenance personnel with troubloshooing when necessary
- Record production statistics and complete documentation
- Maintain a clean, secure and organized production environment
- Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience,



preferably including at least 1 year in a process based manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating processing or production equipment
- Experience with mixing, batching, spray dying, or similar equipment is an asset
- Ability to read, understand and follow production procedures and documentation
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts

Work Schedule: 5:00AM - 5:00PM / 5:00PM - 5:00AM

3 Week Rotation

Week 1: 4 Day shifts

Week 2: 2 Day Shifts & 1 Night Shift

Week 3: 4 Night Shifts

Pay Rate: $22-24/hr. (Dependent upon experience)

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

- Innisfil, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
