Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team for Flatbed/ Rolltite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and equipment to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with heavy equipment and develop a diverse set of driving and operational skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight, equipment, and materials efficiently across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities
- Assist with warehouse duties, including loading, unloading,



and organizing freight as required

Skills

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or other industrial machinery is preferred
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in transportation
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road or at the facility
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and safety checks
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various environments
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatchers
