A&W; Crew Member – Full-Time & Part-Time

Overview

Join our A&W; team as a Crew Member and be part of a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment! As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in providing our guests with great food, friendly service, and a clean and welcoming restaurant.

We are looking for positive, reliable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working with others and providing excellent customer service. Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are looking for your first opportunity, we provide training to help you learn and succeed in your role.

Both full-time and part time positions are available.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, welcoming, and effective service to every guest
- Take guest orders accurately at the front counter and drive-thru
- Prepare and serve A&W; menu items while following proper food quality and safety standards
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and mobile orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, drive-thru, and workstations
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and health & safety procedures
- Restock products and supplies throughout your shift
- Work efficiently with team members during busy periods
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete cleaning and other assigned duties to maintain restaurant standards




- Follow A&W; procedures and expectations while contributing to a positive team workplace

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, fast-food, retail, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
- Able to stand for extended periods and complete regular restaurant duties
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, is an asset

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
