We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in St-Bruno-de-Montarville. Reporting to the Director, Culture & Talent, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will primarily support the team in recruiting for various positions across the organization.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, direct search, and networking,



to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through onboarding of new employees.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal activities and social events that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and at recruitment events.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
- Perform other related duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using various recruitment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience with BambooHR is considered an asset.
