Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Granite Installer Helper to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction and stone installation industry. The ideal candidate will assist experienced installers in preparing materials, handling tools, and supporting various tasks to ensure efficient project completion.
Duties
Ensure truck has the proper tools to complete install task
Load respective parts matching work order in a safe manner without incident
Select the correct sinks for the job
Ensure you have all the necessary materials needed for the day before leaving the warehouse
Assess jobsite for hazards – complete HA document
Unload production parts in safe manner without incident on the job site
Install parts on respective surfaces without incident and to MGM standards
Clean up after job is completed DO NOT leave tools behind
Report immediately to the office any issues on job site
Heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and sitting is required
Other duties as assigned
Strong English communication skills: reading, writing and speaking is a requirement
Qualifications
Previous installer experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper use is essential.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards.
Willingness to learn current skills related to stone installation process.
