Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week). Hours are based on operational requirements and call volumes. Open availability between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, is required.
Position Overview
CanTalk Canada Inc. is currently hiring Seasonal Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to provide first-level customer service and technical support for online ticketing platforms, including theme parks and event services.
Representatives assist customers with online purchases, ticket-related concerns, troubleshooting, and general customer support inquiries.
This position is fully onsite/in-person and is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Language Requirements
We are currently seeking candidates who are fluent in English and one of the following languages:
- Spanish
- French
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in both languages.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and technical support over the phone and through online systems.
- Assist customers experiencing issues with online ticket purchases.
- Troubleshoot ticket-related and account-related concerns.
- Guide customers toward timely and skilled resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Work with internet-based software and support tools.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong English communication skills (minimum approximately B2 level preferred).
- Fluency in either Spanish or French.
- Customer service or call center experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Availability Requirements
Candidates must have open availability between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
Weekend availability is required.
Applicants who are able to provide availability within these operating hours will be prioritized.
Training and Development
This position is intended to support multiple customer service programs as operational needs evolve. Successful employees may have opportunities to receive additional training and support other accounts based on business requirements, performance, and availability.
Mandatory Training
- Training Duration: 5 days
- Training Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Training Dates: October 5–9, 2026
Training Format:
- October 5–6, 2026: Training conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- October 7–9, 2026: Training conducted onsite at our Winnipeg office.
Attendance for all training days is mandatory.
Equipment Requirements (for remote training only)
- Windows computer preferred.
- Wired headset required.
- Stable internet connection preferred.
- Candidates using Mac computers may attend training in person where equipment can be provided.
- Candidates can request to attend the whole training onsite.
