We are located 2101 Dundas Street East, Mississauga L4X 1M3. (Hwy 427 & Dundas Area)

We opened in 1999 and have a modern dining area with private rooms available as well. Also we have a large lounge area and two patios that have won many awards.

Our Cooks are passionate for creating the highest quality dishes, and continuing to learn and develop their skills. They show initiative, team-work, and a sense of ownership in all their work. Despite the high volume, fast paced environment, cleanliness and safe food handling is maintained throughout service.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform delegated tasks from our Head Chef

· Day to day food preparation of the restaurant according to instruction and expectation

· Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification

· Maintain a prep list of station duties

· Assist in food inventory and control

· Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items

· Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines

· Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Qualifications





· 3 Year Cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant

· Culinary diploma/degree is an asset

· Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills

· Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
