Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Pharmacy & Clinic Assistant to support both pharmacy and clinical operations. This role is primarily based at our Waterfront location, with ongoing cross-training at our other sites as part of regular responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Duties

- Entering data and assisting with prescription processing using Kroll
- Preparing medications, including counting and blister packaging
- Handling point-of-sale transactions and cash management
- Supporting medication synchronization, automatic refills, and delivery coordination
- Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Clinic Duties

- Providing administrative support, mainly within our Addiction Medicine Clinic
- Assisting patients with booking, check-in, and general inquiries using JaneApp and PatientVu
- Helping ensure smooth clinic flow and supporting healthcare providers
- Managing appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communication
- Conducting urine drug screenings and recording results accurately

Customer Experience

- Delivering friendly, professional, and patient-focused service at all times




- Welcoming patients both in person and over the phone using established communication standards
- Anticipating patient needs and going beyond basic service expectations
- Representing Oak Medical Arts with professionalism and a community-first mindset

Training & Development

- Participating in structured training across multiple locations (Academy, River Terrace, Sports Medicine, and Waterfront)
- Gaining experience across pharmacy, clinic, and administrative functions
- Building a versatile skill set that supports long-term growth within the organization

Work Schedule

- Part-time daytime hours
- Typical shifts fall between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule provided in advance, with occasional additional hours to support coverage needs
- Willingness to travel between locations as required

Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent
