This is a work from home, part-time position teaching Chinese first language students English skills like speaking, reading, and writing.

We train all of our teachers to use our online teaching platform while helping them gain teaching experience. Your job will be to deliver interactive English language tutoring sessions to children and young adults via a digital platform, fostering a positive and motivating learning environment as well as helping students to develop confidence, improve their skills, and achieve academic success.

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- A completed bachelor degree
- A completed TESL/TESOL certification
- A year of teaching experience either in Canada or overseas is preferred
- Accept the training to use our online teaching platform

additional assets worth mentioning: knowlege of the Classin App, experience teaching writing, reading, ESL or French (all are additional courses offered)

Duties:





- Conduct engaging online tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style
- Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate clearly with students and parents or guardians to keep them informed about progress and areas for improvement
- Foster a positive, encouraging workplace that motivates students to participate actively in their learning journey

Typical teaching times

Daily 6-9AM EST, 6 to 9PM EST - AB/BC applicants take note (EST)

Pay:

$18 to $24 depending on duties asked.
Includes both performance and loyalty bonuses
