About the Centre

Elevare is a neurobiologically informed trauma practice where brain-based modalities meet deep relational work. We work with the cases most practices refer out - complex PTSD, dissociation, attachment injuries, and the kind of chronic dysregulation that talk therapy alone cannot reach.

Our model integrates EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Ego State and Parts Work, Neurofeedback (EEG Learn), and attachment-informed therapy. We work with high-functioning professionals, first responders, and adults navigating complex and developmental trauma. Our approach is structured, intensive, and outcome-oriented - grounded in the triphasic model of trauma treatment.

Who This Role Is For

You are a therapist who understands trauma as neurobiological, not just psychological. You are comfortable sitting with complexity - dissociation, attachment wounds, chronic dysregulation - and you want a clinical environment that actively supports you in doing that work well.

You are not looking for a casual caseload. You are building mastery.

Therapists who stay at Elevare are here because they want a clinical home, not just a contract.

Compensation and Structure

$114 - $150 per clinical hour
No unpaid admin work
Full admin, intake, and referral pipeline provided

Typical weekly revenue at minimum commitment (15 clients):
$1,710 - $2,250

Growth opportunities include delivering high-value intensives, specialization-based referrals, and advanced clinical training pathways.

Minimum Commitment (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 15 direct client hours per week. Consistent scheduling is required to support client continuity and clinical outcomes. This role is best suited for clinicians who are actively building a caseload, comfortable maintaining clinical momentum, and interested in long-term growth within the Centre.

What You Will Do

You will hold the clinical complexity that most practices refer out. Your caseload will include cases that require genuine depth - dissociation, attachment injuries, chronic dysregulation - and you will have the consultation, supervision,

and modality support to meet them well.

Specifically, you will deliver trauma-focused therapy using an integrative model, work within a stabilize, process, integrate framework, support clients using EMDR, DBR, and parts work, maintain PHIPA-compliant documentation to a high standard, and participate in consult groups and case discussions that sharpen your clinical thinking.

Therapists who are ready for intensives have the option to build that capacity with advanced training supported by the Centre.

What We Provide

Consistent, aligned referrals from a practice that generates 40 to 50 consults per month. Full administrative support covering booking, billing, and client coordination. Weekly consultation and clinical support. Internal training opportunities in advanced trauma modalities. A collegial, growth-oriented environment where clinical excellence is the standard, not the aspiration.

Must-Haves

Registered with OCSWSSW or CRPO in good standing. Minimum 2 years of trauma-focused therapy experience. Training in EMDR completed or in progress, or equivalent modality depth. Strong understanding of the triphasic trauma model. Excellent documentation and ethical practice.

Strong Assets

EMDR Certification, DBR training, Ego State or Parts work experience, experience with dissociation, first responders, or complex trauma, and interest in neurofeedback will all result in priority referrals and accelerated growth opportunities within the Centre.

How We Hire

Our process is multi-step and intentional. We assess clinical alignment and case thinking, conduct values-based interviews, and require a personality and fit screening. We hire slowly because we invest deeply.

To Apply

Please submit your resume, a cover letter, and a one-page summary of your trauma approach to [email protected]. References will be requested at a later stage in the process.
