Job Overview
At Mr. Sushi Lynn Valley, our Servers provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service in a busy restaurant environment.
Phone takeout orders are a major part of this role. Strong spoken and listening English skills are essential, and applicants must be very comfortable answering phones and taking orders accurately in English.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately and confidently
- Take dine-in food and beverage orders
- Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members
- Keep the dining area clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Must be available Monday & Tuesday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Strong spoken and listening English skills are required
- Must be very comfortable taking customer orders over the phone in English
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
