Technical Work & Trades

- Building envelope repairs (essential)
- Caulking removal and application
- Glazing installs and replacments
- Membrane application
- Leak investigation
- Concrete repair & patching
- Painting & coating systems
- Pressure washing & soft washing
- Window cleaning
- Complex rigging setups and lift planning

Leadership & Management

- On-site decision-making and problem-solving
- Conducting toolbox talks, safety planning, and hazard assessments
- Managing and coordinating small teams
- Quality control & client communication

Who We’re Looking For

- Has strong multi-trade experience across building envelope repairs, maintenance and installs
- Can lead by example and manage sites safely and efficiently
- Works well in small teams and thrives in a growing company
- Is ambitious, reliable,



trustworthy, and takes ownership of the work
- Wants to grow with the company into a long-term leadership position
- Has great communication skills, and is able to represent the company by in a positive way with clients and the public
