Interweave Media Group is seeking a Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content that brings our clients' brands to life across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and beyond.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you'll own video content from concept to final cut, collaborating with Account Managers and clients to turn creative briefs into engaging visual stories. You'll handle everything from setting up cameras and lighting to capturing high-quality footage and audio, editing, and managing media assets. Working directly with clients and internal teams, you'll translate marketing objectives into polished, effective video, while maintaining brand consistency and hitting every deadline. This is a full-time, London-based role with hybrid flexibility, and it's built for someone who's equal parts technical craftsperson and creative storyteller.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with Account Managers to bring creative briefs to life
- Set up cameras and lighting and capture high-quality video and audio on location and in-studio
- Edit footage into polished, platform-ready deliverables
- Manage and organize media assets across external storage and cloud-based file systems
- Maintain and care for production equipment
- Ensure brand consistency across every project
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to turn marketing objectives into engaging visual content
- Deliver polished, professional work on deadline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of professional video production experience, preferably at a creative, marketing, or media agency, or equivalent freelance experience producing client work
- 2+ years of experience with professional editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar




- Strong skills across the full production process, including planning, shooting, lighting, and post-production
- Valid G driver's license or equivalent, with reliable transportation for client and production shoots
- Access to a reliable personal computer capable of handling professional video editing and production workflows
- Comfort working with large video files, external storage, and cloud-based file management systems
- Proficiency with qualified cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment, with the ability to adapt to different shooting environments
- Experience creating video content for social media and digital marketing across a variety of formats and platforms
- Strong visual storytelling, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices for video content
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of professional or client video work

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working with Milanote and Notion
- Post-secondary education in film, media production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with drones/aerial work
