Landscape Labourer

Saunders Landscaping is looking for full time (Seasonal) Landscape Labourers for our 2026 Landscape Season. We are a commercial landscape construction company that works in Calgary and surrounding area. Our crews work Monday-Saturday.

The position starts at $20.00 - $23.00/hour, however, advancement is possible if you display a strong work ethic. **Wage will be based upon experience**

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Installing sod and mulch

- Assist with hand leveling/grading loam (shoveling/raking)

- Plant trees and shrubs

- Assist with irrigation system installation

- Assist with paver installation

- Haul materials by hand and wheelbarrow

- Assist with woodwork including fences, decks, pergolas, etc.

- Abide by Saunders Landscaping Safety Program





-Have a hard hat and steel toed boots.

Previous landscaping experience would be considered an asset but is not required.
