Fredericton Toyota is currently looking to add a qualified and self-motivated candidate to our Accounting team. We are looking for someone that has good communication skills, is an analytical thinker and driven to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

- Performs day-to-day accounting functions (data processing) for the company.
- Processes vehicle transactions while verifying the accuracy of all pertinent information.
- Assists with the processing of payroll and administration of benefits.
- Reconciles accounts and schedules assigned by the Controller.
- Assists in completing month-end and year-end statements, and responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the financial information.
- Other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in order to assure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Requirements:

- College diploma, or University degree in Accounting,



or equivalent combination of education and working experience.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are vital to the role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applications.
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move forward the work at hand.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Prior automotive dealership experience not required, but would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
