ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Admissions Advisor to join our team at Anderson College’s Kitchener Campus. The ideal candidate will be working with mature students and must be passionate about helping them achieve their goals.

Please note that this is an in-campus role, with a projected Start Date on October 5, 2026.

Compensation:

Expected total compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually

(Includes base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions. Actual earnings vary based on performance)

Duties

- Counsel prospective students regarding educational matters and/or potential challenges, such as program selection and schedules
- Make prompt and effective contact with inquiries, utilizing approved recruitment policies
- Adhere to all provincial, federal, and college rules and regulations regarding student recruitment
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student databases




- Assist in the retention and support of students
- Work closely with campus team to achieve recruitment goals

Skills and Experience

- Industry sales/recruitment experience required
- Minimum 2 years’ consultative sales experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- College diploma preferred.
- Experience working in private career college is an advantage
