Tire Butler is a leading mobile tire and automotive service provider in the GTA. We bring professional automotive service directly to our customers at their homes and workplaces.

We're looking for experienced tire technicians who know their trade, take pride in their work and are ready for the independence of operating their own fully equipped mobile service vehicle.

This is not an entry-level tire position.

If you're dependable, technically strong, organized, and capable of working independently without someone looking over your shoulder, we'd like to hear from you.

How You'll Be Paid

During training:
$20/hour while learning Tire Butler's vehicles, equipment, technology, procedures and service standards.

Once you're qualified to operate independently:
$20/hour + performance pay averaging approximately $10 per vehicle completed.

Our individual service jobs are designed to be completed in under an hour, allowing experienced and efficient technicians to increase their earnings based on productivity.

Tire Butler provides the service vehicle, all gas, uniforms, tools, and equipment.

You bring the experience. We provide what you need to do the job.

What You'll Do

- Perform mobile seasonal tire changes, tire installations, balancing and tire repairs
- Safely operate professional tire-changing, balancing, and related service equipment
- Perform TPMS relearns and related tire service procedures
- Inspect tires, wheels and related components and identify potential issues
- Complete digital work orders and service documentation accurately
- Maintain your assigned mobile service vehicle, tools and equipment
- Follow established service procedures and safety standards on every vehicle




- Communicate professionally with customers at their homes and workplaces
- Work independently while remaining accountable to our operations and dispatch team
- Complete work efficiently without sacrificing safety or quality

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already knows the tire business and takes their work seriously.

You should have:

- 2+ years of professional tire service experience
- Strong hands-on experience mounting and balancing tires
- Tire repair experience
- Experience with TPMS systems and relearn procedures
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment up to approximately 75 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent equipment and vehicle care habits
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfort using smartphones and tablets for work orders and communication
- Professional, respectful customer service skills
- A strong commitment to safety and established procedures

Previous mobile tire service experience is highly valued.

Experience performing oil changes, brake service or other automotive maintenance is a major asset.
