Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The Junior Business Development Manager will support strategic initiatives, foster client relationships, and assist in identifying new business opportunities. Duties

- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand our client base and market presence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote our services effectively
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines
- Participate in negotiations with clients and partners to secure new deals and renewals
- Coordinate cross-functional projects related to business growth initiatives




- Prepare reports on business development activities and performance metrics for senior management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong Skilled in negotiation, sales, and project management
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships effectively
- Ability to travel locally and internationally
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or international business (Industrial or Manufacturing background is a major plus).

Pay: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
