THE ROLE
Cultivation Workers are responsible for supporting all stages of plant growth. This includes cloning, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting cannabis plants. The ideal candidate is a team player with a solid work ethic and willingness to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
Daily tasks involve hands-on plant care, cleaning and sanitation, and working in varied environmental conditions from cool harvest areas to warm, humid greenhouses. Embracing change and focusing on solutions is key as the company continues to evolve and grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator
- Familiar with production line work and basic hand tools
- Strong manual dexterity skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot / humid or cool environments, performing repetitive tasks for duration of shift
WHAT WE OFFER
- $17.50/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday, 6:30-3:00pm schedule
- Full time work through the end of October with the potential to extend
