Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Onsite Computer Technician to join our growing technical team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about emerging technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

- Remote and onsite IT support
- Accurate documentation of client systems, passwords, and related information
- Repairs including computer, server, ATM, debit machine, mobile device repairs, and operating system issues
- Building new systems, such as custom computers, servers, networks, and network cabling




- Bi-annual maintenance of computers, servers, networks, and printers
- Installation of hardware and software on devices (encryption, drivers, server upgrades, etc.)
- IT consulting, providing concise recommendations for project execution and upgrades
- Customer service, including device sign-in and occasional phone support

Criteria:

- G Class driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Friendly demeanor and proven credibility
- Excellent stress management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A satisfactory criminal record check is required
- Work in a on-call rotation for evenings and weekends (applicable after hours calls are paid at $35 / hour when dispatched)
- Flexibility to work after hours evenings, or weekends for infrastructure related jobs (sufficient notice provided) to prevent customer downtime during regular hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- computer repair: 1 year (preferred)
