Drape Master is a dynamic company specializing in Drapery and blind cleaning. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part time or Freelance Bookkeeper. Responsibilities Include:
● Prepare and process payroll for employees
● Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy
● Utilize Power BI, Excel, and QuickBooks for analysis and reporting
● Assist with data conversion tasks and willing to learn new software/systems
● Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records in QucikBooks
● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
● Maintain paper trails and ensure accurate documentation
● Organize sales data and assist with inventory management
● Communicate effectively with the owner and accountant.
Qualifications We're Seeking:
● Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
● Experience with Power BI and other analytic tools preferred
● Ability to learn new software/systems quickly
● Previous experience in bookkeeping
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Details:
● Competitive salary: $25 an hour
● Part-time: 16–20 hrs/week, three set days (Tuesdays required)
● Conveniently accessible to the TTC and GO Train.
