About the role

Beretta Farms is a family-owned food brand selling through B2B and B2C channels. We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the hands-on execution behind our Marketing — social content, ad creative, launch materials, and customer support — working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, who sets direction and strategy.

Key responsibilities

● Design and produce ad creative/graphics based on direction from the Marketing Coordinator; build and rotate daily paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google)

● Film, create, and schedule social media content following the content calendar and brand voice

● Write and publish website and blog content; keep product pages and promotions current

● Draft and send wholesale and online email marketing (Klaviyo platform)

● Produce sell sheets, POS materials, and other launch collateral for monthly product launches

● Aid in the creation of label and packaging artwork and manage the order/production process with printers and vendors

● Conduct in-person store visits and product demos with retail and export accounts

● Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events

● Conduct market research (pricing, labelling, competitor, and market trend research) following the structure and direction set by the Marketing Coordinator

Operations & customer support

● Own farm store & customer order support: loyalty program administration, order assistance, and responding to website inquiries





● Support inventory management processes

● Manage your own time and priorities across every part of the business, including the catering business line, under the Marketing Coordinator's direction

Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or brand coordination (food/CPG a plus)

● Solid graphic design skills — comfortable producing ad creative, POS materials, and label/packaging artwork (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop)

● Confident filming and posting content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

● Strong writing skills for web, blog, social, and customer-facing communication

● Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent production deadlines around monthly launches

● Customer-service orientation for direct-to-consumer support
