Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing projects
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, fitting, and assembling plumbing components
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to prevent issues before they arise
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair tasks
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and timelines
- Diagnose issues using schematic diagrams and technical schematics to identify root causes quickly
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Apply knowledge of HVAC systems when necessary for integrated building services




- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of work, including welding or assembly tasks when required

Qualifications

- Proven experience in residential or commercial plumbing projects with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and construction practices is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Ability to interpret blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations
- Experience with carpentry or related construction skills is a plus
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
- Familiarity with schematics and assembly instructions for complex plumbing or mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues using technical diagrams
- Valid relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations (if applicable)

Pay: $24.77-$50.00 per hour
