Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensure adherence to project specifications, and maintain safety, quality, and schedule standards. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify work accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking progress, and documenting project activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs,



reviewing change orders, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Implement effective communication channels among architects, engineers, clients, and team members to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving in office challenges.
- Supervising experience in commercial or large-scale residential projects is highly preferred.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
