We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wallpaper Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying wallpaper to walls and surfaces, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

- Prepare walls by cleaning, smoothing, and repairing surfaces such as drywall or plaster to ensure optimal wallpaper adhesion.
- Measure and cut wallpaper accurately according to schematics, blueprints, or client specifications.
- Apply adhesives using hand tools, ensuring even coverage and proper alignment for seamless results.
- Hang wallpaper carefully, matching patterns and textures while maintaining consistent tension for a flawless finish.
- Use caulking and sealing techniques around edges, trims, and seams to achieve a professional look.
- Inspect finished work for quality control, making adjustments as needed to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.




- Collaborate with team members on larger projects involving restoration, construction painting, or other interior finishing tasks.

Requirements

- Proven experience with wallpaper installation or related construction work involving surface finishing.
- Solid knowledge of hand tools such as knives, trowels, brushes, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with drywall preparation, caulking techniques, and surface restoration processes.
- Basic understanding of construction practices including carpentry, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various environments throughout the day.
