Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle cashing out customers, giving correct change, and managing cash handling procedures responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met
- Provide friendly,
attentive customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly
- Support food industry best practices by adhering to health and safety guidelines during serving and food prep
Requirements
- Prior barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for someone who is available to work Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays and every occasional Saturdays.
