Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols.
- Participate in team efforts to meet production goals.
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.




- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to labor tasks is a plus.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings.
- Must be able to work in cooler temperatures
