Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized according to established standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking tasks when required to support client needs
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any special requests or concerns
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free workplace
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
