Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation to ensure timely service
- Cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Support dishwashing duties by cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently
- Assist with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
