Summary of the Organization:

At Dalton Associates, we believe healthy communities support healthy people – and that healthy people, in turn, build healthy communities. Achieving this vision of wellness requires timely access to safe, confidential, and high-quality psychological, behavioural, and mental health care. That is the foundation of the work we do every day.

Founded in 1995 by Dr. Dan Dalton, C.Psych., Dalton Associates (DA) is a leading mental health services organization in Ontario. With a dynamic team of more than 80 employees and a network of over 200 clinicians, DA delivers specialized, quality-assured psychological, psychotherapy, social work, and behavioural health services that are culturally sensitive, accessible, and responsive to diverse community needs across the province.

Dalton Associates operates across six (6) service divisions, including Mental Wellness with Dalton (counselling services), rehabilitation services, psychological assessments, autism and behavioural health services (Launch Behavioural Health), Indigenous mental wellness services, and Dalton Care Central (mental health suite of services for customized programming). Our work spans clinical care, program development, and systems-level support, always grounded in compassion, evidence-informed practice, and respect for lived experience.

Our service approach is guided by core principles that shape how we work with clients, communities, clinicians, and partners:

- Shared care, equity in voice and choice, and meaningful representation among stakeholders;
- Integrated, whole-person approaches to wellness;
- Sustainable and responsible service delivery;
- A focus on resilience, empowerment, and capacity-sharing; and
- Culturally safe, responsive, and attuned care.

Being a part of the Dalton Associates team means contributing to an organization that values collaboration, integrity, and impact – and being part of work that supports individuals, families, and communities across Ontario.
