Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed designs on various substrates, ensuring precision and consistency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where artistic skills and technical expertise come together to create visually compelling products. The Screen Printer will collaborate with designers and production staff to bring innovative visual concepts to life, utilizing a range of graphic design and printing techniques. We will only consider candidates with a minimum one year experience running a manual or an automatic screen printing press.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on apparel, promotional items, or other materials
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring color accuracy and quality standards are met
- Mix inks and troubleshoot printing issues to maintain production efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with graphic designers to understand design requirements and provide input on print feasibility

Qualifications





- Proven experience with screen printing processes and equipment operation
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects although not required but will be a definite asset
- Excellent attitude to learn new skills and grow with the company
- Strong attention to detail with excellent color matching skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and innovation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong problem solving ability and mechanical/handy aptitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
