Salesforce Technical Lead About the role As a Salesforce Tech Lead , you will make an impact by leading Salesforce platform development, integration, and solution delivery while ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with business requirements. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will:
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration initiatives to support business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components to extend Salesforce capabilities based on business needs.
Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs with enterprise applications and external systems.
Ensure high-quality software engineering practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver scalable Salesforce architecture and integration solutions.
Support REST and SOAP web service integrations utilizing JSON and XML data formats.
Leverage strong relational database knowledge to develop efficient and reliable Salesforce solutions. Robust experience with Salesforce.com architecture and platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC),



Visualforce, SOQL, and Unit Testing.
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise applications using Salesforce APIs.
Strong experience with API integration and web services technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
Proven ability to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations. These will help you stand out
Experience leading Salesforce technical delivery initiatives and development teams.
Ability to design scalable integration architectures across multiple enterprise systems.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills within Salesforce environments.
Experience working with complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Salary and Other Compensation We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $78,000p.a. - $125,000p.a. CAD. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work experience, and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
