Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials with precision and safety. Your expertise will ensure the smooth progression of construction projects, contributing to timely completion and maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties

- Operate tower cranes efficiently to lift, lower, and move construction materials and equipment across various project sites
- Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections of the crane, including rigging and mechanical components, to ensure safe operation
- Coordinate with ground crew, signalers, and project managers using clear communication to execute lifts accurately
- Assist with rigging tasks, ensuring loads are properly secured before lifting




- Monitor weather conditions and crane functionality throughout shifts to maintain safety protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Support other machinery operations such as forklifts, boom trucks, or other heavy equipment as needed for project demands

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a focus on crane operation or related heavy machinery handling
- Valid certification for tower crane operation in accordance with local regulations
- Mechanical knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, and safety systems
- Strong understanding of rigging procedures and safety standards.
